Ms. Kelley-Harris is a Child and Family Services Professional who holds a Master of Education in Counseling Degree with emphasis in Human Relations, and currently resides in the Greater Houston Metropolitan area. She has worked in a variety of capacities for several child and family-serving agencies throughout the country, as well as having served a number of years as a Consultant Reviewer for the Administration for Children, Youth and Families and Federal Children’s Bureau. She currently serves as Founding President & CEO of Family Roots for Life, Inc.™ – a Texas-based non-profit corporation charged with the ultimate mission of ensuring child and family well-being.

Ms. Kelley-Harris is an Associate Member of the National Council on Family Relations, as well as a Certified Family Life Educator, a Trust-Based Relational Intervention® Practitioner and a Licensed Child-Placing Agency Administrator. Throughout her 27-year career, she has contributed to the successful permanence and well-being of numerous children, youth, and families, as well as having mentored many young Child Welfare and Mental Health professionals. Ms. Kelley-Harris is also active in many community and ministry activities, including serving in volunteer leadership positions. She is married to her childhood sweetheart, and together they have one son who is an All-District Honors student- athlete who is preparing to head off to college in the fall.
