Learning Objectives
Define self-care and recognize its importance in supporting emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
Identify at least one personal barrier to practicing self-care and explore simple ways to begin overcoming it.
Demonstrate a basic mindfulness technique through coloring to promote relaxation and present-moment awareness.
Reflect on their current self-care habits and identify one area of wellness they would like to improve.
