The RAIN Technique, developed by Michel McDonald, is a powerful and easy-to-practice tool that helps you process challenging emotions and build a close relationship with your inner self. Besides introducing the technique, we will practice the process as a group together so you can take ownership of this valuable tool. Based upon your own experience, you can teach and role model it to your children and help them to improve their strengths for processing/managing difficult emotions.

Presented by Yuji

Yu Jiang (YuJi) is a licensed Parent and Family Educator from the state of Minnesota. She graduated from Concordia University, Saint Paul (CSP) in May, 2020, with a B.A. majoring in Parent & Family Education/Early Childhood Education and a minor in Global Leadership; currently she is continuing her Master’s in M.A. Educational Leadership and expect to complete in Spring 2022. YuJi has worked in several early childhood educational settings, including ECFE in Saint Paul during 2018-2019. She moved to Whitefish, Montana in the summer of 2020, where she developed an online parenting program for her school district and teaches parent education classes in the local community since January 2021.
