You’ll leave with a personalized self-care plan, practical tools you can use immediately, and renewed energy to show up at your best for yourself and others. No artistic experience needed—just come ready to pause, reflect, and recharge.

Learning Objectives

Attend this Webinar to

  • Define self-care and recognize its importance in supporting emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

  • Identify at least one personal barrier to practicing self-care and explore simple ways to begin overcoming it.

  • Demonstrate a basic mindfulness technique through coloring to promote relaxation and present-moment awareness.

  • Reflect on their current self-care habits and identify one area of wellness they would like to improve.

  • Create one realistic self-care goal or activity they can begin practicing after the workshop.

Weekly Modules Preview

Week 1: Foundations of Self-Care — Understanding Yourself and Your Needs

Explore what self-care truly means and why it is essential for well-being. You’ll identify signs of burnout, learn about different areas of self-care, and complete a self-assessment to understand where you need the most support.


Week 2: Mindfulness and Emotional Awareness — Slowing Down and Checking In

Learn how to become more present and aware of your emotions. Practice mindfulness techniques, guided breathing, and coloring as a grounding activity to reduce stress and increase emotional awareness.


Week 3: Breaking Barriers and Building Habits — Creating Sustainable Self-Care

Identify common obstacles such as guilt, lack of time, and burnout, and explore ways to overcome them. You’ll develop realistic self-care goals, practice boundary-setting, and begin building routines that fit your life.


Week 4: Healing, Reflection, and Personal Growth — Becoming Intentional About Wellness

Reflect on your progress, celebrate growth, and create a long-term self-care plan. This final session focuses on integrating what you’ve learned and building confidence in maintaining your well-being moving forward.
