One thing that made the class so valuable was having the Univeral Blueprint® on one page. I love that you can get all you need to parent on one page. That's brilliant! It reminds me of Ayurvedie medicine, where everything was communicated verbally and through song. There are like 20 verses, called sutras, and each one can be expanded upon. It's like one string of pearls and from there you can expound upon each. To me, the Universal Blueprint® is like that. It's like it has all the nuggets and from that you can expound upon it. I didn't learn how to parent this way. I grew up knowing the way I was being parenting wasn't the way I wanted to parent, but I didn't know what to do or what to say instead. This class gave me those tools and filled that void. I love the Universal Blueprint®. It's not some nebulous idea of things the way they should be or you want them to be. This is not an abstract book/course. Jody's brilliant system, which she evolved from years of dedicated pursuit of understanding and of service to help, is delivered so effectively that new neural pathways develop in her class just by following her delivery. Her system is for people like me who need to learn through energetic transmission or who need practical action guides formed from sound philosophy, empirical sociology and now validated and supported by current brain science. I was looking for concrete information that was a cohesive plan versus reading articles and picking pieces of things to try. My husband and I did the class together, so that helped us get on the same page, and learn about different ideas without me saying, "Oh, I think we should do it this way."
