Keep in mind that anytime there is a conflict between 2 children, whether they are siblings or un-related peers, you can use the steps and tools described in these resources to prevent conflicts or respond in ways that teach the children how to resolve problems independently and respectfully. By using these tools, you will be modeling and teaching them to the children. These are skills that will improve every relationship they ever have. They can even prevent or stop bullying.
