The process itself is simple, so that makes it easy to apply. It's so easy that I recently shared it with my child who gets anxiety whenever there is going to be a substitute teacher. I feel bad that I didn’t teach it to her when I learned it. Oh, no! Now I have to Tap on mother’s guilt! No problem, I got this.
On one of Tijana’s quotes is: When stressed, tap and talk. That little quote is something that I hold on to during my crazy days with toddlers. It’s so easy and I love not letting life’s challenges get in the way of enjoying parenting.
Tijana I love that you taught us to inconspicuously tap while out in public because it seems that I get more triggered at work than at home. I am so grateful to have control over my anxiety. And you were right, when I lower my anxiety, I definitely think more clearly. You are the bomb!
Tijana, you know that I told you that I was skeptical about EFT helping with my chronic anxiety. But since I paid my money, I promised myself that I would try to do Tapping outside of the course. Shut the back door! I am flipping shocked at how Tapping has lowered my stress! I have truly noticed a difference in my ability to respond and not react (so has my partner). I am hoping that with continued Tapping I will be less stressed in all areas of my life. What a game changer EFT is.
