Preventing & Solving Sibling Conflicts (Course #6 of 10 in Advanced Foster-Adoptive Parents Toolshop® Series) - 6 hour

Attend this informative workshop to get practical tips for introducing new children into the foster family, the 3 best tools for preventing sibling rivalry, 2 techniques to use when you need a quick fix, and 3 steps to follow to mediate sibling or peer conflicts in a way that teaches children how to resolve future conflicts independently and peacefully. These techniques result in less competing, comparing, complaining, arguing, fighting, and tattling and more sharing, cooperating, listening, communicating, respect, peace, and independent conflict resolution. You also get step-by-step guidelines for exactly what to say and do to helpfully respond to the Top 10 Sibling (and Peer) Conflicts.
