This webinar focuses on the power of nurture, combined with proactive interventions, empowering resource parents to identify the skills, knowledge and resources that will support their ability to optimize outcomes for these at-risk children.

Presented By: Ronna Johnson APRN, CPNP, CEIM

Ronna Johnson is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who has spent the past 40 years providing training, support, consultation and case management services to promote best care for at risk children with complex health and development needs. She has provided these services through the Child Protection System since 1986. Ronna and her husband have fostered and adopted parents three children, all who experienced prenatal substance exposures and associated risk factors. Ronna is passionate about empowering caregivers to connect with their children and become their fiercest advocates! She provides coaching for foster and kinship caregivers caring for drug affected infants as well as working with Moms in recovery and their young children, supporting their ability to overcome trauma and adversity to help themselves and their children become resilient.
