First, "complete" the course by looking at each section on the left Table of Contents course-progress menu, so it's "checked off" or has a strikethrough.
 

 
Then your status will show up as "Completed" next to the course in your dashboard.

Here's how to see your course progress status.
a. Log in. Go to your account. Click on the "Products" tab in the top right next to your initials.
 

 

 
 b. Scroll down or filter/sort/search to get to the course you want to see.
 

 

 
 c. Check your course progress status. If it is not complete, double-check the left progress menu in the course (see first step above). If status says "Completed" you can take the following 3 steps to receive your certificate. (Note: Professional CEU certificates must be manually sent, so you will not see “view certificate” in your dashboard for this course.)
 
 

 

 When your course status is “Complete,” you can follow the 1-2-3 step directions below to download your automated certificate.
