Not in Ohio, an Ohio Nurse, or a Foster-Adoptive Parent? The certificate and hours you receive are usually approved or accepted by many other licensing boards. Please check with your own board or caseworker to verify if they accept them.
MODULE 2: GROUP COACHING
1. Read Module 2 of the training manual. Be sure to listen/watch any examples at the links in the pdf.
2. Either watch the video or listen to the audio of the training webinar.
3. Complete the Assignments.

To receive Advisor Certification do the following:
1. Complete this course. This includes turning in your assignments where you report on practicing the skills you are learning:
Participating in live Toolshop® group coaching/support webinars, to directly experience the process. AND/OR
Listening to recorded Strategy Sessions and coaching calls, for training purposes.
2. Begin a probation period of up to 6 months that involves conducting one of each type of coaching session taught in the course and submit a report about the experience, for you and the client.
Performance requirements for Advisors to move on to GF certification: conduct 3 of each type of coaching session taught in the Advisor course, submitting a report about the experience, for you and the client. Submit 3 testimonials from your Toolshop® coaching clients. (At least one group coaching and at least one 1:1 coaching client.)
