If you are an experienced in-person trainer or public speaker who presents programs related to parenting and family life, foster-adoptive parenting, trauma-informed care, protective service casework and/or supervision, or relevant/related personal-growth topics AND would like to train more often virtually, let’s talk! 
 
Whether you already have your own speaking practice or offer your training other places, training for RTITI is not an exclusive collaboration. It’s simply a way we can share and promote our programs, which benefits all RTITI trainers with more visibility to and referrals from sources with which you don’t currently have connections.

There are THREE Levels of Opportunity

These "levels" are WHAT program(s) you want to offer: Free or fee? Offer CEUs or not? 

Level 1: Speak on a 3-Way Free Way!

Every month, RTITI offers free one-hour webinars for parents, foster-adoptive parents, and in the future we may be offering even more.

Obviously, the participants benefit from the information and skill-building you provide, but speaking for free can also provide the following benefits TO YOU:
  • You get free exposure to possible clients or program sponsors.
  • You can use the video as a demo video for paid speaking. We'd be happy to give you a clip!
  • You get experience converting parts of your workshops to virtual and delivering them.
  • You can try out content and virtual activities with a producer there to support you.
  • You can give a preview of a longer fee-based program, which you can offer at Level 2!

Level 2: Offer your fee-based online courses thru RTITI

Do you already have or want to develop new fee-based programs that relate to parenting, family life, or family service professionals?

Would you like to have a place to offer them without having to create and pay for your own website, course platform, e-commerce site, etc.? 

Then consider delivering them live through RTITI and having the recordings set up as an online course. Or, if you already have the course recordings and materials but no place to deliver the course, we can set it up for you here!

There are 2 options you can choose for each program you offer:
  1. DIY: you already have video recordings and online course materials developed. You just want to have your course offered on the RTITI site. You only pay for the course setup.
  2. DONE4U: You offer your LIVE course with us and RTITI produces the video and audio for the online course and sets it up for you.

Once you have an online fee-based course, you can make money while you sleep! Read more below in the Level 2 section or click the box to see examples.

Level 3: Add on CE approval thru RTITI

Is the course you want to offer a  professional development course that might be eligible for continuing education units (CEUs) for counselors, social workers, and other family service professionals? If so, RTITI is an approved CEU provider for:
These CEUs are often accepted in other states and sometimes other professions, like foster parents, nurses, etc.

You can add on CEU approval to any course that relates to professional development (free or fee-based, DIY or DONE4U), just take the extra step of submitting them to RTITI for Continuing Education Unit (CEU) approval.

Then you can have a higher fee-based program available 24/7 to earn even more in your sleep!

When you speak LIVE in person, LIVE online, have fully-automated virtual courses available 24/7, you are maximizing your training hours beyond getting live speaking gigs, which are the hardest to secure!

Frequently asked questions

We've tried to answer questions related to each level in the information provided for that level. Below are some general questions that could relate to all levels. If you’ve got questions. We’ve got answers. If you don't see your question, just email it to us and we'll reply or update this list.

Who owns the copyright to RTITI's courses?

You will sign an agreement verifying that you own the copyright to the underlying content of your courses, have received permission from the copyright owner, or are ethically citing your sources. The copyrights and recordings of the free RTITI webinars and those created by RTITI Niche Experts will be owned by RTITI. The copyright and recordings of all other fee-based programs you present and pay RTITI to produce for you will be yours. As long as they reside on the RTITI site, they will also be protected by RTITIs copyrights, but they will not be registered. It is up to you to register them if you want that assured protection.  If you choose to leave RTITI you can request your Level 2 and 3 course recordings and materials to be sent/returned to you and you can use them elsewhere however you choose, because it's your content.

Can I have online courses elsewhere?

Of course! It's your content so you can offer it wherever you want! As we said above, this is NOT EXCLUSIVE! You can offer your courses anywhere you want! Our site is just one place, which offers multiple streams of income for you. We would prefer that the courses RTITI produces for you be primarily offered or featured by you on our site, since that sends more people to this site, which supports you and all the other trainers here, but you aren't required to do so. It's your content!

Level 1: 3-way Free way! Speak at our FREE monthly webinar series for parents (all and parents of children with trauma)

The "3-way Free way" is a win/win/win free-for-all program. We offer the program for free to parents who attend the live webinar. (Their and our win.) We create a course from the webinar you both can leverage in many ways, which give us both more visibility and credibility.(your win/our win).   

Note: Because children can be affected by what parents/caregivers/adults are taught, we are more involved in screening what you teach. Parenting educators, whether professionals or paraprofessionals must already have a parent education credential, a degree in a related field, or be a graduate of one of our programs. If you have none of those, you can advance your professional development by attending one of our core Universal Blueprint® courses (Basic or Advanced). We will also ask all parent trainers/speakers to sign an agreement about certain topics and philosophies, to maintain consistency with what we teach, which is all research-informed, evidence-based best practices.

Apply to be a RTITI Speaker/Trainers to apply to offer FEE-BASED COURSES through our e-library

If you are an experienced in-person trainer or public speaker who would like to offer your training programs or resources through the RTITI e-learning library, here is a summary of how it works: 
  1. Choose your topic: our programs relate to parenting and family life, foster-adoptive-kinship caregiving (FAKC), trauma-informed care, protective service casework and/or supervision, mental/emotional health and wellness, relevant/related personal-growth, and professional development topics. If it relates to professional Counseling or Social Work practice, we are an approved provider of Ohio Counselor and SW CEUs. 
  2. Provide us with information about your program: Your program can be any duration, free or fee-based, live or pre-recorded, etc. You just give us a description about you and your program and we set up the course for registration. 
  3. We both promote the program. We have a list of 2000 people, plus with the program being on our e-learning library, every person who has an account can be an affiliate and spread the word! 
  4. You can produce your own program and give us the course materials or you can hire us to do that. We will record it, and we will create the recording into an evergreen (ongoing) course that is available for opt-in (free) or purchase (fee), with a certificate (you give us quiz questions) or without. 
  5. We provide the platform and all these services for you, with ongoing maintenance for $100 (to set up the course with any materials you provide. Any production fees you ask us to do for you are extra.)
  6. We also retrain a small percentage of all sales. Usually, it's 10%, unless we produce the program/resource for you, in which case the first time might be more like 30% for recording, editing, and producing your course, and then only 10% once it’s produced. 

We basically do all the technical work and you just show up and speak! 

Details are in the Speaker Agreement in Section 1, which all speakers need to sign. Plus, here are the additional Applications, Contracts & Forms you need to get started on this option.  
  1. First, fill out the application, to propose the free or fee-based live and evergreen virtual training courses you want to offer through our e-learning library. 
  2. If it seems like it could be a good fit, we'll have a video conference to verbally negotiate the details. 
  3. Then you will receive a contract to reflect our agreement. 

Once you are approved, we'll provide you with the forms to submit for each program.

Level 2: Submit forms to request a program & for RTITI to setup (and produce) it

Submit the form(s) below to tell us what program you want to offer. We'll need to set up virtual trainings on our e-learning platform and can also do so to assist you with registrations for in-person workshops.

You can also request our assistance in producing your virtual training. All those options are on the Program Approval Request form below.

Level 3: ADD CEUs (Continuing Education Units) to your professional development training programs

You do not have to be a licensed Counselor or SW in the state of Ohio to provide programs that offer SW CEUs.

You will fill out the CEU program approval request form online. You can upload the setup form from Level 2 to that online form to provide details of the setup and production you prefer.
