1. Are you a family life educator or self-improvement author, speaker, and/or coach who has expertise in a particular relationship "niche"? (We are looking for these or similar.) If you can confidently say "yes" to this but feel overwhelmed with the rest of the questions, rest assured, this is a step-by-step process where you don't move on until you have already accomplished each goal.

Look, we know the process of you finding the right curriculum and training program and us finding the right representatives of our curriculum and training programs is like online dating. If we take it step-by-step, each being honest and trustworthy, we can get to know each other and decide if we want to "make great music together."

The best kind of "dates" for our purposes are ones that are win/win or where we both benefit somehow. Since you are already a niche expert, we can start collaborating while you are taking your certification pre-requisites. Just take notes about how your niche audience would resonate with what you are learning. What would you add? What special needs do they have that need mentioned or addressed? What context would they be using what you are learning? We'll have one-on-one coaching calls where we can discuss this and those recordings plus your notes will be the beginning of your first niche UB® Toolshop® course or resource!  

STEP 1: GRADUATE FROM PRE-REQUISITE CORE TOOLSHOP® TRAINING(S)

Once you Graduate from the Advanced course for and adult or child relationship niche, you've met the pre-requisite to start Leader Certification Training. 

STEP 2. Then you complete the Direct Service Provider  (DSP) Leader Certification trainings for that relationship niche (adult or child), using what you created (usually an Action Guide) to practice with clients in your niche.

Everyone takes the Child Niche Advisor Certification Training course, but Expert candidates will apply and practice the 4 types of coaching with clients in their niche.

We we both are ready to make a long-term commitment, give a key to our home, move in and co-habitat, and/or share our assets, we need to both make some agreements to each other --- most importantly, not share each other's secrets or steal each other's heart.
 
Translation: We both sign some legally-binding non-disclosure and IP use agreements before we become business partners and open our respective vaults of secure content and give access to each other of any of our respective proprietary systems or Intellectual Property.

I had to sign non-disclosure agreements with some of the top coaches and training programs who taught me their proprietary  content and systems. I'm prohibited from sharing their IP with others, but I am allowed to use what I learned from them in my businesses with my business partners. So I have a legal obligation to protect their IP and mine.

Look, you know stole my heart  (translation IP) and made millions on it, so I know what it feels like to have someone betray trust and break laws, so I promise to protect your IP as much as my own --- and can therefore reasonably expect the same commitment from you.
