a. READ the related chapter of The Parent's Toolshop® book for that module up to the practice exercises.

• Answer the practice exercises for yourself first before reading the "possible answers" key.

• If you are doing a skill assessment and instructor feedback option, you MUST submit these "practice exercises" in writing BEFORE you read the possible answers. 

 
The first time you take the course or read the book, please read the chapters and do the modules *in order,* doing no more than that one module every week or 3-4 days. This is not a speed course. I want you to digest, process and practice what you learned in one Toolset before moving on to the next, because they build on each other.
 
b. Watch the video(s) for that module. Do this after reading the chapter, not in place of reading. (If you prefer audio, there is a link with each video or you can download all the audios in a zip file in the Materials section.)

c. If you want a verified completion certificate, complete the post-test for that chapter and turn in each Toolbox post-test as you complete it. (See the "optional add-on" section for how to get these.)
 

d. In the comment section of the lesson for Advanced TIPS members only, you may post your answers to the following “Weekly TIPS Report questions”:
