Expect to interact more in the second half of the course where we will practice Tapping for your personal stressors.  The goal is for you to feel confident to use EFT allowing you to maintain emotional balance. When you show up in life with a calm centeredness, you maturely and appropriately respond to situations instead of over-reacting out of stress and fear.

Micro-Stress Reduction Techniques: (30 min)

  • Diaphragmatic Breathing 

  • What are touch stones and explore what yours could be

  • Grounding

  • Centering

 EFT-Emotional Freedom Technique for Stress and Anxiety Relief (45 min)

  • Learn the basic science of EFT

  • Functional EFT 

  • Simple Tapping Method (STM) for stress relief 

 
Practice, Problem-Solving & Personalized Group Coaching (15 min)

  • Complete the “Getting Started” Document
